IVCO supports healthcare development in Mongolia through long-term medical technology, training and community projects.

Supporting Kidney Hemodialysis Treatment

Since 2006, a project to support kidney hemodialysis treatment has been started.

  • The project to install the hemodialysis machine along with the water purification system has been introduced in stages.
  • A total of 100 hemodialysis machines were installed free of charge in more than 33 state hospitals and 3 private hospitals.
  • New technology for the production of peritoneal dialysis solution has been introduced into production, and free training is organized for doctors, medical staff and patients as part of the work to support peritoneal dialysis treatment.
  • Equipment - CRRT for continuous renal replacement therapy was installed free of charge by Central Hospital of Mongolia and Intermed Hospital, and introduced into treatment.

Maintenance and training of these devices is provided free of charge every year.

Organ Transplant Project

Start an organ transplant project.

  • In 2006, kidney transplant work was started and more than 20 doctors, nurses and laboratory specialists were attended in foreign studies for 3-12 months.
  • In 2019, the heart surgeon of The Shastin Central Hospital was enrolled in a 4-month observation training in England's 100-year-old hospital - Papworth.

New Technologies and Medical Equipment

Introduction and support of new technologies and equipment in the health sector.

  • In 2006, the Sterilization and Disinfection Department of Central Hospital of Mongolia was completely renovated in accordance with international standards.
  • Donating one third of the cost of Mongolia's first ECMO heart-lung replacement machine, in 2019 we installed it and are responsible for its maintenance.

Lotus Children's Centre

  • Since 2007, IVCO has been contributing with Lotus Children’s centre now.
Community kindergarten support project

Kindergarten of Second State Hospital

  • Since 2007, IVCO has been cooperating with the Lotus Child Care Center, and the project has been successfully implemented for 5-6 years.
  • IVCO donated 50 percent of the cost to renovate a less-used administrative building, built in 1971 next to Second State Hospital, and convert it into a modern and well-equipped kindergarten.
Community kindergarten support project

Gegee kindergarten of Central Military Hospital

  • The Gegee kindergarten, with two groups of 50 children, was opened on 1st of December, 2023 at the Central Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense.
  • It was jointly invested by UNICEF in Mongolia, IVCO LLC and Irmuun bar LLC in aims of improving the preschool educational accessibility.

Kindergarten of National Urguu Maternity Hospital.

  • On June 25, 2025, IVCO LLC officially handed over a kindergarten for the children of staff at the National Urguu Maternity Hospital.
  • Implemented under the company’s corporate social responsibility program, the project aims to support healthcare professionals and invest in children’s future development and education. It was carried out in cooperation with the Khangai Rotary Club.

Science Fair

  • IVCO proudly contributed its second year as the sponsor of the annual SCIENCE FAIR, Dedicated to the ambitious vision of cultivating future Nobel laureates in Mongolia.

Supporting Future Scientists

  • The 35th National Biology Olympiad was successfully held on April 4–8, 2025, bringing together talented school students, university students, and teachers.
  • By supporting this Olympiad as a sponsor, IVCO is proud to contribute to developing young talents and nurturing the next generation of scientists in Mongolia.

Organ transplant Recipients Sports Festival

  • The 4th Transplant Recipients Sports Festival was successfully held to promote health, physical well-being, and social participation among transplant recipients.
  • The event was first initiated by IVCO in partnership with the First State Central Hospital of Mongolia in 2008 and has continued as an annual tradition ever since.
